How to add the signature to your email client
Gmail+
- Click "Copy signature" above.
- In Gmail, open Settings (gear icon) → "See all settings" → General tab.
- Scroll to Signature, click "Create new", name it, and paste into the editor.
- Under "Signature defaults", pick it for new emails and replies.
- Scroll down, click "Save Changes", and send yourself a test email.
Outlook+
- Click "Copy signature" above.
- In Outlook, open Settings → Mail → Compose and reply (on desktop: File → Options → Mail → Signatures).
- Create a new signature and paste it into the editor.
- Choose it as the default for new messages and replies/forwards.
- Save, then send yourself a test email to confirm the layout.

What should a professional email signature include?
Name, job title, company, one phone number, and one or two links — usually your website and LinkedIn. That is it. Signatures fail from clutter, not from missing information: every extra banner, quote, or icon row dilutes the one thing you want the reader to click.
Should my email signature be an image or HTML text?
HTML text. Image signatures get blocked by default in many email clients, are unreadable on some screens, cannot be copied or clicked line by line, and break dark mode. Why are email signatures built with tables and inline styles?
Because email clients are not browsers. Outlook, Gmail, and others strip <style> blocks and ignore most modern CSS layout, so flexbox and grid fall apart. Old-fashioned HTML tables with inline styles are the one layout method that renders consistently across all major email clients — which is why this generator produces them.
How do I add the signature to Gmail?
Copy the signature, then in Gmail open Settings → See all settings → General → Signature, create a signature, and paste it into the editor. Scroll down, click Save Changes, and send yourself a test email. The formatting is preserved because the copy is rich HTML, not plain text.
Does this generator store my information?
No. Everything runs in your browser — the preview and the copied signature are generated on your device, and nothing you type is sent to a server or stored anywhere. Close the tab and it is gone.
