When Bl1nk Acts as a Data Processor

In those cases, the organization using Bl1nk is the Data Controller, and Bl1nk processes data on that organization's behalf in order to provide the service.

Organizations are responsible for:

• ensuring they have an appropriate legal basis for processing

4. Lead Data Responsibility

Bl1nk provides lead capture features as part of the platform.

Information submitted through a profile form is managed by the profile owner or the organization associated with that profile. Bl1nk does not determine how that lead data is used after submission.

Users and organizations are responsible for handling lead data in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
