Welcome to Bl1nk. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, platform, dashboard, profiles, physical products, and related services.
By accessing or using Bl1nk, creating an account, purchasing a product, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Bl1nk.
1. Who We Are
Bl1nk provides digital identity and networking solutions, including digital profiles, team and organization management tools, analytics, lead capture features, and NFC-enabled products.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You may only use Bl1nk if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
You agree not to use Bl1nk for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation, upload false or harmful content, interfere with platform functionality or security, scrape or misuse the platform, send spam or abusive communications, or collect personal data in violation of applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Bl1nk if misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms is detected.
3. Accounts and Access
To use certain features, you may need to create an account.
Your account is personal and your login credentials must not be shared with others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that takes place under it.
Bl1nk profiles, including links, QR codes, and NFC interactions, are designed to be shared publicly for networking and business purposes. This does not change the fact that account access itself must remain private.
4. Organizations, Seats, and Permissions
Bl1nk allows organizations to manage multiple profiles through a seat-based structure.
A seat may be assigned to a specific user, or it may remain managed by an organization administrator. Administrators are responsible for managing invitations, permissions, seat assignments, and access levels across the workspace.
Organizations are fully responsible for the management of their users, profiles, permissions, and data within their workspace.
5. Profile Ownership and Control
Profiles created under an organization are considered part of that organization.
The organization may manage those profiles, including editing profile information, reassigning seats, or revoking user access. If a user leaves an organization, their access may be removed while the profile remains under the organization's control.
For personal accounts not linked to an organization, the account holder remains responsible for and in control of their own profile.
6. Profile Content and Submissions
You are responsible for all content published, uploaded, or submitted through Bl1nk, including profile details, links, media, contact details, and messages.
Content must not violate any law, infringe the rights of others, contain misleading information, or include harmful material.
We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or disable content that violates these Terms or may expose Bl1nk or others to harm.
Feedback and Suggestions
If you share ideas, suggestions, feedback, or recommendations with Bl1nk, we may use them freely without compensation, obligation, or confidentiality.
7. Content Reporting
If you believe that content hosted on Bl1nk violates rights, is misleading, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate, you may report it to:

8. Lead Capture and Fair Usage
Bl1nk allows users and organizations to collect lead information through profiles and related forms.
Users and organizations are responsible for how they collect, store, use, and process this data, and for complying with any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Leads can be exported from the platform.
If a subscription is canceled, related data may remain available for up to 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
We reserve the right to limit usage, suspend features, or require a plan change in cases of excessive usage, abuse, or impact on platform performance.
Bl1nk does not guarantee the delivery of email notifications, as deliverability may be affected by third-party providers, spam filters, or other external factors.
9. Products, Orders, and Pricing
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, correct errors or inaccuracies, refuse or cancel orders, and limit quantities where necessary.
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current billing and shipping information.
We may refuse or block orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or related to unauthorized resale activity.
10. Physical Products
Bl1nk products are designed to provide access to digital profiles through NFC and QR technology.
Adhesive Products
Adhesive products, such as stickers, are generally intended for use on a single device or surface. Removing and reapplying them may reduce adhesive strength and performance.
Compatibility
We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, cases, materials, or surfaces. Product performance may vary depending on placement, environment, handling, and usage conditions.
Product Display
Product colors, finishes, and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, materials, and printing outcomes.
11. Reprints, Returns, and Shipping
Custom or personalized products are non-returnable once produced.
Reprints may be offered only in cases of confirmed production errors. Errors resulting from customer-submitted information, approved proofs, or change-of-mind requests do not qualify for free reprints.
Shipping responsibility transfers once the customer receives the order.
Bl1nk is not responsible for issues caused by the shipping provider after delivery has been completed.
Shipping fees may change over time and are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related charges.
12. Subscriptions and Billing
Bl1nk offers monthly and yearly subscription plans.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are non-refundable once paid.
You are responsible for managing your subscription status and payment method.
13. Free Access and Promotional Offers
When purchasing a product through the shop page, users may receive 3 months of free Pro access.
At the end of this period, users may be notified and offered the option to continue on a paid monthly or yearly plan.
Bl1nk reserves the right to modify, limit, or withdraw promotions, free access offers, or trial-related benefits at any time, including in cases of abuse or misuse.
14. Third-Party Services
Bl1nk may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, tools, or platforms, including analytics services, email providers, payment providers, CRMs, and other integrations.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, security, or practices of any third-party service.
Your use of third-party tools or integrations is at your own discretion and risk.
15. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, designs, technology, and platform elements related to Bl1nk are owned by or licensed to Bl1nk.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise use any part of Bl1nk without prior written permission.
16. Privacy and Data
Your use of Bl1nk is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Where organizations use Bl1nk to manage profiles, users, or captured leads, that organization may act as the data controller, while Bl1nk may process data on its behalf in order to provide the service.
For enterprise clients, Bl1nk may provide a Data Processing Agreement upon request.
17. Platform Availability
We aim to keep Bl1nk available and operating smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service at all times.
The platform may experience downtime, delays, maintenance, bugs, or feature changes from time to time.
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or its services at any time.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bl1nk and all related services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results from the use of the platform or products.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bl1nk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, leads, business, revenue, or opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific product or service.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bl1nk harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
21. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Bl1nk at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated or misuse has occurred.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any related policies referenced within them, form the entire agreement between you and Bl1nk regarding your use of the platform, products, and services.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any updated version will be posted on this page, and your continued use of Bl1nk after such changes means you accept the revised Terms.
